The Master Plan site area encompasses 27 acres that are currently owned and occupied by the Eugene Water & Electric Board administrative and operational functions. In 2010, the operational functions will move to new facilities on Roosevelt Avenue in Eugene, thereby freeing up the majority of the property for new uses.
